2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on your location within India:

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

Remote Areas / North-East: 7 to 10 business days.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Standard Fee: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD handling fee of ₹5 may apply to Cash on Delivery orders below Rs. 200.
4. Hidden Charges & Taxes

There are absolutely no hidden charges. All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately at support@shopzill.in with your order ID. We will arrange a replacement right away. We will deliver replacement in 6 working days.
