1. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email the moment your package is handed over to our courier partner.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on your location within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Areas / North-East: 7 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Standard Fee: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD handling fee of ₹5 may apply to Cash on Delivery orders below Rs. 200.

4. Hidden Charges & Taxes

  • There are absolutely no hidden charges. All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately at support@shopzill.in with your order ID. We will arrange a replacement right away. We will deliver replacement in 6 working days.
