Return & Refund Policy

At Shopzill Retail India Pvt Ltd, we want to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience. Here is our straightforward policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations:


1. Return Policy

  • Window: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories such as personal care items, cosmetics, innerwear, and free promotional gifts cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

  • Approval: Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and undergoes a quality check, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Process: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount securely.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it ships directly from your Shopzill account dashboard for a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product, you can simply refuse the delivery when the courier partner arrives.
