3. Order Verification & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • To prevent fraudulent transactions, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to mandatory verification via OTP (One-Time Password) or a confirmation phone call.

  • Shopzill reserves the right to cancel any COD order if verification fails or if the address provided is incomplete/unserviceable.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and logistical factors.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or unjustified rejection at the doorstep, the order will be flagged as RTO. Multiple RTOs may result in the suspension of the COD facility for your account.

5. Payments

  • We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, PhonePe, credit/debit cards, and UPI, as well as COD.

  • Online transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Shopzill does not store your financial credentials.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy displayed on the website.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. Intellectual Property
